Lychee Blueberry Crostada

The floral rose flavor of the lychee accompanies the tangy summer fruit flavor of the blueberries. Baked with an open concept in mind, I chose a classic Italian Crostata that gives it a rustic, coarse look. Lace cookies added the toffee profile which paired well naturally with the brown butter. Sweet, Savory, and Crunchy! And blueberry foam was utilized to enhance the back of the mouth berry pop.
